From my Pantry...Everyday Health Foods to Satisfy.

-Coconut Oil (Helps Alzheimer's!-Antifungual properties-fills you up-TASTES SO GOOD-good thickening agent when cold) *Coconut Macaroons: Coconut Flakes, Coconut Oil, Honey/Agave (light colored sweetener), Coconut flour/Almond Flour, Vanilla. Mix, then I just do ice cream scoop dollops. After they cool in the fridge you can make some Cacao Sauce (with Cacao, Coconut oil, Maple Syrup and Vanilla) to drizzle over the macaroons. Keep in fridge.
-Flax Seeds (will move bowels, fills you up, and can help joints-focus/clarity-mood-hormones-cholesterol)
-Chia Seeds (ENERGY, move bowels, very filling, omega 3-just like the flax does, focus/clarity) *Makes a great Tapioca Pudding when you soak it in Coconut Milk or Almond Milk (after 15 min. the Chia gels up), then add a little Vanilla and Maple Syrup! YUM.
-Dried Fruit/Frozen Fruit (great to have on hand to snack on, or make an ice cream with blended frozen bananas and cacao!)
-Wheat (the whole grain, not the flour) Although you can sprout and play with any grain. I just love that in the Doctrine & Covenants it specifically states that 'Wheat is for Man'.
-Mung Beans (To sprout :) Simply put some in a jar at night, fill with warm water, go to bed. When you wake up, rinse the water out and add new warm water. By afternoon they are ready to eat!! *Asian Cabbage Salad Ingredients: Cabbage, Mung Beans, Peas, Carrots, Celery, Sesame Seeds. *Dressing: Tahini (Sesame Butter), Braggs Liquid Aminos (its like a raw soy sauce), Apple Cider Vinegar, Honey, Olive Oil.
-Nutritional Yeast (Has ALL B-Vitamins!! Makes Stress go away! And replaces with Energy!! It looks like a powdered cheddar cheese, and can be combined with almost anything ie) sprinkled on top of dinner, blended in smoothies, etc.)
-Almonds (Good source of Calcium, Protein, Amino Acids, Essential Fatty Acids, and more Minerals) *Can also be sprouted overnight just like the Mung Beans. Making this into a milk is one of the tastiest drinks fathomable! Blend about 10 Almonds with cold water and some sweetener/vanilla. You can strain the pulp to make it even more milky. Sooo good! Or another of my little treats: Mix Almond Butter with Honey/Maple Syrup and Vanilla to make a yummy spread, and put on some healthy (I like MEL'S brand) Graham Crackers.
-More Nuts of Choice (I like Pecans and Macadamia Nuts cause they are so versatile and great for pie crusts)
-Hemp Seeds (PROTEIN!! In 1 Cup of seeds you are getting almost 60 Grams of Protein..your body can't even take in more than 30 grams at a time! We are talking the highest protein seed there is.) *Hemp Chai Milk: Hemp Seeds, Hot Water, Ginger, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Honey, Coconut Oil. Blend. Now put in fridge to cool and thicken.
-Wild Rice (Sprouts overnight and is oh so good with Indian Curry or other toppings of lovin.)
-Quinoa (Cooked or Sprouted-sprouting takes about 24 hours)
-Raw Protein Powder *good snack or meal replacement if adding other fruits and things.
-More Seeds (Pumpkin-good for parasites. But keeping a good variety on hand is best.)
-Apple Cider Vinegar *Mix 1 T. with 1 T. of Raw Honey into 8 oz. of water. Its a great pick-me-up, helps energy, alkalizes the system, boosts hydrochloric acid for digestion, and good for mineral deposits-especially calcium/stones, and also great for longevity.
There are a couple more things I would like to add, but unfortunately have run out of time today...I'll add to this list later!
